Into Hospice Home

So yesterday Mom was moved Mountain Valley Hospice Home 108 Steele Avenue Gloversville, NY 12078. She had requested being moved after being informed that there was an open bed. The phone number there 518-725-4545. There is an RN station number that I don't have yet. She is in room 228. I'm not sure of any other details. You can call Mom's and talk to Jen or call Julie for more info.
